Our restoration efforts with our third-party infrastructure provider are progressing. A temporary solution to restore power to the affected data center is being developed, with an estimated target of mid-July 2026 to restore customer access and services. A permanent repair requiring replacement of damaged electrical components is also underway and will involve a longer timeline. The impact remains limited to sandbox environments, and production services continue to be unaffected.
